Miscarriage?

For 5 days in a row while expecting period I received positives from First Response, Clearblue said pregnant 1-2 and also a yes+ with first response digital. However, yesterday I started bleeding much like a period and bright red, tiny bits of tissue like coming out. I am also bleeding today and would say it is Regular-Heavy. It has been accompanied with cramps. Could this be a miscarriage?

This sounds very similar to me. Unfortunately for me, it was a miscarriage, but I have had friends go through similar situations and have healthy babies baking! Go to the doctors, they will do bloods-they get straight to the source that will give the answers you need. Try to stay positive. X
