fertile cm before period?(tmi)

my period is due tomorrow so I checked my cm because usually the day/night before my period is supposed to start I'll have some specks of blood in my cm. Instead I found (Tmi) my cervix being completely covered in extremely wet and stretchy cm. I can stretch the cm 3 inches before it "breaks" and I don't think I have ever had such heavy cm before. Did anyone else have this before your bfp?
