vitex

I just brought a bottle of Nature's way vitex, and I was wondering if this helps with anovulation? I have 26-30 day cycle but I don't ovulate😤!! I'm 27, never been pregnant👶🚼. my boyfriend and I have been together for two yrs. he's has a 4yr old son👦 that I love unconditionally (I've been in his life since age 2). bf wants another child (daughter). welp, I'm taking prenatal, vitamin D, CoQ10, cranberry with vitamin C.
