tmi bleeding at 39 weeks

hi everyone . this morning when I woke up I went to pee and some blood fell in the toilet and then I wiped and there was loght blood again. So I put a paper on (No pads sorry lol) and then I felt my self drip so I went to the restroom and there was this on the paper. what can this be ? in cramping and also had my membranes stripped yesterday. What should I do ?
