Terrible Pregnancy Dream

Im 17 weeks pregnant, I just heard the heartbeat last week, and I know dreams are just dreams. They can sometimes manifest our greatest fears. We just moved into a new house, we moved after finding out I was pregnant, so I’ve been pregnant the entire time we’ve been here.

In my dream, we were in our current house. My parents were here, and my husband was in the kitchen. So I go in there and he asks if I want him to make me a drink, and I said “very funny”, and when I went to where my parents were my dad says “why don’t you have some wine with us” and I said “no thank you, I don’t think the baby will like it” and laughed. But no one else laughed.

My husband said “what baby?”

I said “the one I’m pregnant with silly”

My mom said “no honey you’re not”

But the way she said it was so blank and terrible I started crying so bad.

I ran to the baby’s room and none of the baby stuff we bought was there, it was just an empty room and I started screaming. I woke up in a sweat and went to look at my bump in the mirror, and went to the bathroom to make sure I wasn’t bleeding. The dream was so real and sad that when I think bad about it, it’s like I’m having a bad memory. The dream ruined my day.
