Cat Hair EVERYWHERE!

I have 2 cats. Well, my daughter has 2 cats. 1 ling hair & 1 short hair. There is cat hair everywhere. What can be done to lower the amount of cat hair all over the house? I'm due in 2 weeks & this is probably what stresses me the most! I set up her stuff that's gonna be in the living room, they aren't allowed in bedrooms, a while ago. They checked it all out, slept on it for a while & now it's just normal to them & they don't really mess with it. I've cleaned it all up, but it was bad. The bassinet part of the pack and play was just coated in hair. No matter how many times a day I sweep, there's always cat hair floating around. Not to mention sweeping at this point wear me out & hurts my back. I have an open floor plan so it takes forever. All tile. So, what have you guys done to at least lower it? Outside is not an option, I live in the city & Animal Control will not only yank them up, but charge me a huge fine. Not to mention FLEAS! Getting rid of them isn't an option either. So let's don't go down that road. Any advice is awesome!
