Hi there! So I’m over weight... shocker! I need to lose about 40lbs. I have been meeting with a personal trainer for about a year and we do weight training. I feel great! I have more muscle tone, I’m stronger, I’m not as tired, and I can squat like a boss! My problem is I have all this new muscle but I feel like I have all the same fat! 😫 So recently I’ve been doing a little bit of cardio to hopefully lose some of the fat. But now that I’m pregnant should I not worry about the fat and just maintain? Is it ok to lose weight while you’re pregnant? And if so what’s the best way to do it?
