Am I pregnant?! Please help!

Ok so I have been taking birth control on time every day for more than 6 months and my period has always came the day. Just 4 days ago I was On my last active pill before my sugar pills started. My significant other ejaculated inside me due to the come on breaking without us noticing. I realized I have heen taking a medication my gyno gave me and she told me it would NOT effect my birth control. However I was still nervous so I decided to take a plan b 3 days after that situation happened. I have had cramps and I’m 2 days into my sugar pills and have not gotten my period except a small amount of spotting. Am I pregnant or not? Please help!
