BIRTH CONTROL PATCH
Does anyone have an app, or any idea how to better keep track of what patch youre on?
I used to use the stickers they had in the box, but it didn’t work well. I don’t have an issue with remembering which side to put the patch on (my dr has me switch left/right)
I get messed up when it comes to what week I don’t wear the patch....
Wish there was a way on this app we could track birth control better!!
