water break?

im 40 weeks and i never experienced my water breaking with any of my other kids. i was just wandering how did anyone feel right before there water broke

When my water broke i was having braxton hicks,  short of breath,  couldn't get comfortable,  awful heartburn... so i got up to pee and after i wiped and stood up i bent over to pull up my undies and a gush of warm liquid aka my water broke

With my 1st baby my water broke. I didn’t feel anything. I was sitting down and heard a pop, sounded like a knuckle crack. I stood up and gush. It keeps leaking though. When I went to the ER I asked for a towel lol I didn’t want to leak all over their chairs while I waited to go back.

With my son.. a couple of days before, i started having braxton hicks on my lower back.. the day before i had real contractions.., i went to pee but it didn’t stop.. when to the hospital but false alarm.. just my amniotic fluid...

I haven't had a baby yet, but my SIL said it felt like she was sitting on a water balloon that popped.
