I got home from work last night to find this on my baby's eyelid. does anyone know what it could be?

Stye. Put A Washcloth In Warm Water Ring It Out And Put In On The Eye. Our Dog Gets These Every Now & Then

It looks like a bite or a sting. If he’s not showing signs of pain, fatigue, appetite loss, or runny stools, I would just put warmed tea bags on it a few times a day. 
I did that when an ant bit my dogs eyelid and it half swelled shut and it cleared it up just fine. 
If it lasts more than 2 days I would take him in.

Update. It wasn't what I thought. not an abscess nor a sty

I don’t know. I’d say if it doesn’t show signs of infection, doesn’t get worse or seem to cause pain it’s most likely a sty or an irritated/ingrown hair or eyelash maybe.
