Had my first miscarriage today 😞
I went in for my first ultrasound at 11 weeks. I had spotting yesterday but was told it was normal. I knew something wasn’t right. At the appointment I was measuring at 6 weeks and all we could see was a yolk sac but no baby. I’m so heartbroken ☹️ I never thought this would happen to me
