How would you handle your SO constantly telling you “you never do this or that”? My SO and I have been bumping heads like crazy these past couple of weeks. We’ve been together over a year and every time we’ve fought he always says “you never care” “you never do anything” “you never reassure me” and quite honestly, those are things I do ALL THE TIME. He likes to worry about our past relationships so much, especially mine and it’s so annoying. It’s gotten to the point that my reassurance isn’t ever noticed. And he just keeps going and going with all these things, I’m just like “okay.” I just don’t even understand what’s going on at this point. I hope this is just a phase we can get through but I’ve tried so much and he just never gets it in his head. He will understand if I’m right there preaching to him but when we’re apart he just doesn’t stop. It’s messing our relationship up. I need advice because I know we need to fix this.
