Dance to Induce labor ?? Lol

I’m determined to get this baby to come out lol or at least progress in how much I’m dilated lol I’ve been dancing since I woke up and , danced while cleaning trying to move around about to play just dance with my 3 yr old later lol I’ve been feeling cramping so I’m guessing those are small contractions ? I can’t tell what contractions at home feel like cause I was Induced with my son .. :/ I know my water doesn’t break tho so thats that  ..

im trying to do the same thing! yesterday i was trying to learn the dance from footloose. lots of jumping and moving around and have been cramping and contracting ever since!

From what I hear, yes! Currently 37 weeks and last I knew I was 1/2cm and soft at 33 weeks! Been cramping on and off mixed with BH contractions. Pressure in my pelvis and butt. 😂 been dancing, walking, deep squats and stretching.
