so I'm 13 weeks pregnant. Sunday I was extremely bloated, very uncomfortable, but could not pass any gas. Monday and Tuesday after each meal I felt so much fullness and pressure. then last night I started having pain in lower left quadrant. it hurts to move, cough or laugh hard. the pain is similar to ligament pain, except it will not go away. have had it for 20 hrs now. I had a bm yesterday and today. been able to pass gas today as well but still no change. anyone else experience this? I took miralax to see if maybe constipation. also an Epsom soak. any other ideas, thoughts?
