TMI genital warts ?

Does this look like genital warts? I’ve had this before and used apple cider vinegar to clear it up but it keeps coming back. So I’m going to go to my doctor this time and let a professional handle it. I feel like there’s so many of them. :( if you’ve had this, what did your doctor do to clear them up? A cream or acid or freezing them? I know there’s different options so I’m trying to figure out what’s best. So tell me what you did and if they ever came back, and if you have scars left from them? Edit: it’s not razor burn. I wish haha. But these bumps have been here for awhile, even when I don’t shave, and they aren’t sore.
