Coincidence or not?

This cycle my SO and I have done it just about everyday and especially in my fertile window. About a week ago my co-worker told me her mom (who doesn't know me) ask her if I was pregnant. Since then I have had a bit of an off feeling, the past two days my nipples have been so sensitive they almost feel tingly, I also feel like I have gain like 10 pounds in a blink of an eye. Tonight my cervix has a heavy or sore feel. Today my loss pervention lady (who has came in about 3 times the past 2 years) came up behind me and said "look what I found, it was just laying on the floor" I turn around and it's a small little rubber baby. I didn't put it all together until just now Could this be it?? AF is scheduled to be here Feb 5 I haven't taken a test recently. Baby dust?!
