Hello ladies. I came across this while cleaning my cabinet. I read the ingredients and it has everything my prenatals have and it reduces cholesterol. Has anyone tried this while pregnant?

Watch for high levels of vitamin A as that has been linked to miscarriage. I also would be worried with have too much of come vitamins too.

Protein powder is fine, weight loss enhancement no! Soy is also terrible for your body. Most of it is GMO and soy contains estrogen like hormones which can interfere with your natural estrogen levels and cause hormone imbalance.

No. They tend to put chemicals in it and appetite suppressants. The vitamins are fine, but the ingredients overall  might not be.
