My mom and sister hosted and planned mine. Have my sister a $100 target GC and my mom a $50 GC to a store she likes.

My husband is planning my baby shower , all his family is poor and can’t afford to throw one and my family lives 4+ hours away . And my best friend is pregnant as well she was going to throw my shower but turns out our due dates are get this ... 1 day apart lol so my husband is throwing it !! 😍❤️😘 he’s such a good man !!

Mine and my SOs family are all sharing in throwing me a shower...that makes...6 people pooling together. They are all don't something different. My SOs mom and sister are doing decorations/games, my mom and her husband are doing the food, and my dad and his GF are paying for a room where his gf works. I think I'll just say thank you and tell them what were naming our son (I'm planning to do a name reveal at my shower) lol I don't think I can afford anything else.
Side Note, I also didn't know you were supposed to gift whoever threw you a shower? Like, I thought someone throwing you a shower was a gift to you?

I always do a little something that’s store-bought. I know personally any time someone gives me like a homemade sugar scrub or something, I just throw it away. I typically go to tjmax and browse in their home goods section and find a cute mug and some fancy tea or a nice serving dish. You can easily put something together for $10 or under from tjmax or Marshall’s. Also write a thank you card.
