Mucus plug and labor
This morning I lost my mucus plug. It came out all at once in a big chunk. No blood though but definitely the plug.
How long did it take for you to go into active labor / have your baby after you lost your plug?
Dr told me a couple days ago I was almost fully effaced and 2cm dilated. Any suggestions to get labor going is appreciated!
