PCOS- Advise on drugs etc

Hi everyone!

I requested an AMH test and the doctors have rang to advise it was elevated therefore I could potentially have PCOS.

Want I am wanting to know is...

Has anybody tried any drugs to help you ovulate and if so what ones?

Has anyone been told they possibly have PCOS without having any symptoms what so ever and still managed to conceive naturally or with the help of these drugs and do the drugs interfere in anyway with having PCOS (added symptoms etc)
