if there is a city wide wifi and cellular data outage, should the companies give refunds to the customers
so tonight from about 4-9 my city left 10,000 people without wifi and cell phone reception, i️ think that the companies (like xfinity and att) should pay back the customers for the inconvenience (even though it is only like 15 dollars) i️ think it would be nice because many were not able to complete tasks that needed to be done online, do you think the companies should pay back their customers?
