does staying in a bra all day/sleeping in a bra help to not sag?

I don’t want my boobs to sag so i am considering sleeping in a bra.  will this help?

A lot of the articles I've read state that bras are one of the causes of sagging, besides just general age and gravity. 🤷

I heard it was the opposite. Your boobs get so used to being held up that it doesn't work the muscles. Whereas without a bra the muscles holding them up are exercised.
It probably also depends on your size though. 🤷‍♀️

Sleeping in a bra is actually really bad to do, yet a lot of younger people do it anyway. I’ve read that sleeping in a bra can actually stop development. I only sleep in my bra if I forget to take it off.

Makes no difference for me I'm a 32G 😫 They've sagged since I was 18.

Sagging is mostly due to age and genetics. Sleeping in a bra won’t help.
