How to lose weight!!

How to lose weight! I lost 25 pounds in 2 months and I wasn’t harming my self in any way I had more energy and was happier than ever, here is how:

1. Try whole 30 diet or what I did was a dairy/sugar/gluten/grain/legume free diet with minimal meat and eggs. I don’t count calories you get obsessive. (Ok this is probably not entirely healthy but if you start to crave a food think about the last time you were sick and tell your self over and over again it will do that to you if you eat it)

2. Do some sort of workout everyday it doesn’t have to be hard. Try different classes or workouts at home (swimming, dancing, running, biking, yoga and the NTC app is super good and free) I try to go really hard 2 times a week though.

3. Stretch! Look up you tube videos and make goals like touch your toes or get your splits (idk if there is any science behind it but me and all my friends swear by it) this also totally helps you not get hurt or sore from your work outs.

4. Stay busy just always be on the go, it will stop you from eating out of boredom and you will burn more calories. If you ever have a free moment just lean back in your chair and lift your legs up to give you a quick ab workout. Really think before you eat, are you actually hungry do you need this if not do something like a face mask or paint your nails.

5. Drink water! Before every meal drink two cups of water and take a big sip in between bites. You will feel full so fast.

6. Always eat breakfast with protein (jump starts your metabolism and makes you less hungry through out the day)

7. Drink 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning. Black. 0 calories anc increases metabolism and energy

8. Drink a caffeinated tea after lunch to give you a boost for the rest of the day and make you feel full. Drink a sleepy time one before bed.

9. After dinner drink diluted Apple cider vinegar

10. Oil pull first thing in the morning when you wake up (I use coconut oil)

I see so many girls trying to lose weight and it makes me sad for them because it’s quite simple. Definitely the most important would be number 1 I highly recommend whole 30 and then going to a slightly more relaxed version.
