Still Have Bloated Belly after Passing Gas & Pooping?

My stomach has been bloating for a almost a month and I've gone to see the doctor & she said there's gas trapped in my body and gave me medicine but they do not relieve the gas entirely.

Last weekend, I also suddenly had diarrhea for 3 days but after that the diarhea has gone. In the past one month, I sometime had diarrhea and sometime constipation. When I kinda patted on my stomach, I can hear the hollow sound of having trapped gas in there. What do I do? But I wonder why does my stomach is still bloated after pooping and passing gas? I do have a little belly fat on my lower abdomen.
