Crazy emotional throughout whole cycle

I have NO IDEA why but for the past few years I have been having insane mood swings throughout my cycle. I haven’t been on birth control in 12 years and I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks almost 6 years ago. I’m in good general health although I have had abnormal pap smears and had an abnormal cervical biopsy last year. But when I’m ovulating up until my period starts I get severely depressed and emotional and stressed and it was never this bad a few years ago. Is there a reason for this?
