Healthy Meal-Plan while breastfeeding
Howdy y’all! My baby is just under one month and we have a great breastfeeding relationship with plenty of milk. I have started to exercise back to my normal (21 day fix exercise plan and jogging) but I’m looking for a healthy meal plan that supports a breastfeeding mommy who can’t have dairy eggs or soy because of my little bits tummy!
