FTM Opinions

So I’m trying to decide if I’m just overreacting, the last two days I’ve had a mild headache mostly when I start to get hungry or tired, and my hands, feet and legs are swelling just a little. Of course I’m worried about preeclampsia, but I just had an appointment Tuesday and my urine was fine and my blood pressure was great. I have another appointment in two weeks, should I give it a couple days to see if it gets better? Or call my doctor ASAP?

Edit: I’m 30 weeks pregnant
