Confused..

After 6 months of trying found out we were pregant. 8 weeks into my pregancy that the baby stopped growing. i had to wait extra two weeks to make sure there was no heartbeat and after finding out we lossed our baby we had medical management of a misscarruage after a 3 days they were concerd for my well being and there was high risk of infection so i had to have emergency surgery. Its been the hardest time of my life.. i felt so empty, numb, angry, upset, resentful, bitter. its been 4 weeks since the surgery and last week me and fiancee had sex for first time in 13 weeks.. irresponsible we didnt use any protection.. maybe should just intill i got my first period.. i took a pregancy test today a week after we had sex and there a faint line.. i dont know if hormone that have not dissapeared.. or a rainbow baby?? i hope and pray for a healthy rainbow baby. Anyone haf a d & c and still had hormones 4 weeks later or fell pregant shortly after??
