False positive?

I need our help. 
Can this be a false positive? I took this test and saw bleeding the next day. Unsure if it’s a period because I’m not regular: 
Has anyone ever had a false positive like this?

I bled bright red clots and all the first 6 weeks I was pregnant with my son. he was born at 37 weeks. so keep the hope.

It’s uncommon to get a false positive. Actually I never heard of it happening to anyone I know. I would retest but with a pink dye test instead.

Was it bright red bleeding or just some brownish or pink? Could be a chemical pregnancy if it is bright red with heavy cramping and clots but if it's just pink or brownish it could be left over implantation bleeding
