Smelly pits regardless of shower??

I constantly feel like I stink now. I don’t know if it’s because I’m pregnant and super sensitive to smells now. Or if all the hormones are causing me to actually smell. I am already wearing clinical strength deodorant. I have even tried not wearing deodorant for a week to “detox” my pits. Any suggestions welcome!

My diet isn’t perfect by any means, but I eat clean for the most part.
