I’ve been wanting to purchase a treadmill but they’re fairly expensive so I’ve started looked at ellipticals. Which would be best for weight loss?

It’s not so much the machine, but how effectively you use the machine, how often, and how you feel working out on it. If you hate the machine, you’ll never use it.

You should look at the treadmills on Walmart.com. It's cheaper to get a manual one, also. I have one and it was less than 100.

Whichever one you will use consistently. An elliptical is something you need to try out in person, there are some that I find downright uncomfortable.

I like elliptical better. I found one on sale on amazon for $60! I don’t like plain walking or running so I chose elliptical bc I feel it all over my body since you use a lot of your arms with it.

If you have any “2nd wind” store near you they sell used but great condition workout machines like treadmills. Mine was pre-used and it works great 10 years later
