How to lose weight
No matter what I do I can’t lose weight. I haven’t had pop in over a year, I only drink water and once in awhile coffee, the only fast food I eat is subway and it’s all veggie sub, I’m still 190 pounds, starting weight was 210 the only meat I do eat is chicken, I mostly eat it plain in a salad or lemon pepper chicken. I workout at home just simple exercises but literally still nothing. I started trying to lose weight 8 months ago.
