rash on 18 month old

Rash that I noticed today. hasn’t been feeling well yesterday and today and i scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. she has a 99 temp yesterday and didn’t eat at all and had a piece of bread today. she’s been sleeping the past two days all day. i’m super worried. should i take her to the hospital or wait for doctors tomorrow?

i also noticed that she has white in her mouth below her teeth
