No. I don't think he knew because Trump is a businessman and I highly doubt he understands politics or the workings of an election enough to be able to rig it himself. if there was any interference or meddling I think it would have been done behind his back and without his knowledge.

They are certain with no proof but the memo recently released show Hillary Clinton, dnc, Obama admin and fbi released take dossier because they were happy he won. I'm not a Trump supporter but I also know you can't trust what you see on the news. the msm was used to spread propaganda so no one would like him and it worked. the election was paid and bought for by Hillary but she didn't expect him to win from the electoral college votes.
