It looks like you are pretty petite. The solid colored skirts will be cheaper and easier to hem up whereas the pink and black floral dress may be more expensive because the tailor may have to take the waistband apart and redo the zipper to make it shorter.

My friend actually wore a dress VERY similar to your third option and she looks very similar to you. I thought the dress looked amazing on her and as soon as I saw the picture of you and the picture of that dress I just thought of her. Honestly I love all of those options though, any of them would look great on you and for the most part your boyfriend has choices of how to match, which personally I think is great in case it's hard to find the exact color. I don't know you just look like red is your color and I think it would go great with your skin tone.
