Down 72lbs ... Just 9lbs away from my finally Goal 😳🎉😍💕 Before & After in My Post

My sister and I Started a water cleanse July 24,2016 and I took these before pictures. I was 213lbs and went down to 203lbs in 7 days just by drinking water. I never took after pictures because I was still frustrated and upset of where I stood.

Today I thought I’d finally take those after pictures since I finally made it🎉!! Down 72lbs baby! Just 9lbs away from my final goal!

Before & After :

I had VSG 8/2/17

Highest Weight: 225lbs BMI 38.6

Surgery Weight: 207lbs BMI 35.5

Current Weight : 153lbs BMI 26.3

I sure as hell didn’t wake up like this. I worked hard for this. I shed tears of fat for this.

Everyone thinks surgery is the easy way out but in the end it’s the hardest way out.
