Isnt it funny?

isnt it funny how you dont realize how bad a relationship was until you're out of it and you think of all the little things that caused it to end? I was with my ex a year and 3 months and i was determined that he was the one, so determined that i didnt see how selfish and inconsiderate he was until i got with my boyfriend who treats me 100% different like instead of walking away from an argument we talk it out until the issue is fixed me and my ex fought but never worked through the issues we only let them pile up. i went from being with someone who works for his daddy, no plans to move out and only cared about his truck and guitars who cheated and told one of his exes "she knows i dont tell her everything and that i care more about my life than her" to someone who tells me on a daily basis that he loves me and doesnt ever plan of hurting me and doesnt ever want me to hurt him, he has his own apartment a good paying job and always opens my car door never lets me do it myself and who puts so much effort into our relationship. I honestly couldnt be happier to be with him and its weird because i got with him only a month after i left my ex and i havent looked back since i truly believe he is te one i am one day going to marry.
