Made My Kid Throw Up! 😳

Ok so my grandparents came by to give belated Christmas gifts to our 11 month old and after they left I left her in her rather large play pen.

My husband and I were right down the hall in our bedroom talking about travel plans and all of a sudden a notice I hear silence. So I stop the conversation to listen I all I hear is the rustling of tissue paper.

My heart stops and I say "I forgot to take the presents out!" My husband and I run into the living room and she's got her presents all over her pen which is cute and we're like

And then I notice a bow... That's missing the sticky part. And then I see my kids mouth moving in a chewing motion. And I'm like

I run and grab her and say to my husband, "she ate the sticky part, get it out!" He proceeds to try and extract it unsuccessfully and he sees he gag a little. Light bulb goes off and I say "we gotta make her throw up!" We run to the bathroom sink and I stick my finger down her mouth and she immediately throws up.

No bow sticky. I try again..

Success! Bow sticky is out! We breathe a sigh of relief and she smiles at us like this was just fun. She starts babbling to us like nothing happened.

Anyway..

Silence in my house means trouble.
