back pain

so I've always had lower back pain usually only one one side like my back hip above butt cheek well now I'm 11 weeks pregnant and it's so horrible I can barley walk or when I lay down I'm in so much pain trying to get back up and now I think the pain is going to my pelvis anyone else ever experience anything back pain like this? I have said something to the doctor but they didn't say much I didn't tell tem how bad it gets tho and forget about bending over to pick things up I just fear the bigger my tummy gets the worse it will become
