Petechiae😳

My daughter is a little over 3 months and this is the 3rd appearance of these unexplained “bruises” called petechiae. I’ve taken her to the pediatrician once to have them examined and they didn’t seem too concerned, but now that they’re back I’m worried because now she’s most likely going to need her blood drawn to find out why this is happening repeatedly....Has anyone else experienced this or dealt with it before? I’m a ftm and freak out over absolutely anything abnormal. Here’s what it looks like now.
