Sent home at 2cm ? Has this happened to you ?

This little girl is already driving me crazy 😜 I thought she was gonna be here friday but she was short of the 8lb mark to induce Im 38 1/2 weeks so far ... so I made other arrangements for my other 2 kiddos for next weekend. Well long behold I start to feel contractions and I go in to be safe thinking maybe I just hadn’t drank enough water and had a uti... nope they’re contractions and I went from 1cm dilated to 2cm dilated but got sent home because it might be a while before she actually comes 😬🤦🏽‍♀️ seriously Mija!?!? So now to wait and have this labor progress at home 😂 oh god this is legit my first time going thru this other 2 times I was induced in controlled environment now I’m home walking moving around trying to make this process move along ... have any of you all experienced this if so how long did it go on for ?? I mean I was already set up to be induced Friday
