3rd Miscarriage

I have had 2 previous miscarriages ending in Hospitalization and surgery. They both happened withing 1 and a half years about 5 years ago. Ever since I haven't had a normal cycle. Usually skipping one or two months. I havent had a period for 5 months and I was taking a pregnancy test every month sometiimes 2-3. Two of the tests 2 months ago came out faintly positive. Then i took another and it was negative. I ended up really sick with the flu in the hospital and they teated my urine and blood. Not thinking anything more about a pregnancy, 4 days ago I started having really bad cramps amd back pain. The next day I took a shower with the cramps and pain continued and now having stomach pain that seemed awfully familiar, I had a gush of blood in the shower (Sorry if TMI). I looked down and saw what had happened. what are your thoughts? Advice?
