Friends with benefits

So me and this guy I work with have been fwb for around 7 months now; we’ve been pretty good at keeping feelings out of the mix. But lately he’s been flirting in front of our coworkers and friends and everyone thinks he likes me. (Out manager even thought we were dating at one point) Idk what to do because I don’t wanna bring it up and ruin what we have right now but at the same time I feel like I should stop it before things get out of control
