Photo tracker apps??

Help! Trying to find a good app for tracking my pregnancy with photos.

I’ve seen girls post cute progress photos that have cute little emojis likes fruit and the picture will say, “this month the baby is the size of a avocado!”

I’ve found apps that simply take your picture but I don’t feel like a need an app for something that simplistic. Trying to find one that allows you to add font and stickers and stuff!!
