I have to pee all the time

So This could be symptoms of a UTI I had about a week ago but I’m starting to think maybe not. I’ve been on antibiotics for almost a week now and I still have to pee every hour sometimes more, rarely less. All the other symptoms have cleared up. I used to sleep through the night( like a rock) sometimes I would get up once or twice but not anymore. I get up to go pee in the night like 3 or 4 times now. Even during the day, I have to pee every hour. Maybe this is why I got a UTI in the first place. I feel like the UTI should’ve cleared up by now. Because of this my bbt has been all over the place. Here’s my chart as of now, I don’t know how accurate it is since I had the infection and I get up so frequently in the night. Also, i’ve gotten weird opk results this month, my chart is all over the place and I have PCOS. I’m also posting a pic of my opk from last Thursday, which I think looked positive- I did have more CM last week. I had some cramping for a few days last week too. I also had a positive(solid smiley) the week before with clear blue.

Any insight Is greatly appreciated. I’m thinking this could be my month! 👶🏼🙏💫❤️ God is good. Sorry for the long post, I have a lot on my mind. Thank you.
