Crying during sex ??

Ok so recently I found my bf being unfaithful (please no comments telling me to leave him and stuff Bc we are working our issues out) and ever since then I’ve been crying during sex Bc I keep having these thoughts that I’m not good enough for him. I’m trying so hard to stop but I can’t help it sometimes. How can I stop? Idk why I even posted this tbh, I just needed to get it off my chest.

You want us to find ways to encourage you to stay in what's clearly an unhealthy relationship and I for one,  can't do that.  I understand that you love him and want this relationship to work but does he love you the same.  Honestly, if the roles were reversed,  do you think he'd stay with you? Now, I'm not saying leave him,  because you don't wanna hear that but just know,  people only do to you what you allow,  don't spend your life feeling unworthy,  when there's someone out there who wouldn't ever plant that seed of doubt.
