Struggling with losing weight

I really need to lose a bit of weight, I'm 21 and I weigh 13 stone and 9lbs. I really struggle with the eating side of things, I don't really like healthy foods and I tend to overeat aswell. I had a baby 9 weeks ago and I have post natal depression and find it really hard with a 9 week old baby and a 3 year old to eat properly and do exercises. Could someone recommend some ways I can stop myself over eating? And some really easy exercises to do at home for a very unfit person. Thanks. :)
