PCOS ladies, how do you get rid of unwanted facial hair?" /> 
Hi ladies,
I’m specifically asking women with PCOS because my friends who don’t have PCOS still have to wax etc. but it’s a very different type of hair. Now that I’m off birth control the hair grows in weird places, patterns, and thickness and it’s hard to keep up. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight and it hasn’t helped at all. Isn’t PCOS fun? 😭🙃😂

I only have a few hairs on my chin from my PCOS. So, I pluck them. I can’t wax or shave it off of my face because I break out on my face.

My facial hair gives my fiancé a run for his money 😅 haha, maybe not quite but it seems like it. My chin has gotten really really bad in the last year. To the point I’d have to shave every day because wax wouldn’t remove my chin hair. I got a free consultation at a spa with a laser hair removal technician. Best decision I’ve made. She gave me a crazy good deal and I have been going once every 4 weeks to the day to have my face lasered. You can’t pluck any hair in between as it needs the follicle, so I still have to shave. But I’m not shaving every day anymore and my moustache is virtually gone 😍 I still get a couple hairs but not many. My chin hair is starting to grow in a lot slower too. It’s been a long rough 8-9 year battle with facial hair. A little bit of pain is worth every penny. My confidence has shot up tremendously as well.

I use wax strips once a week and in between that I use tweezers when needed 😊

I wax my upper lip (quite a few hairs there tend to grow in thick and dark, even though I have very fine, blonde hair), and I pluck the dark hairs that I find on my chin. Sometimes I find long, darker hairs on random places on my face that I have to pluck, but just know that using tweezers can make them grow back thicker and darker, where as waxing will make them grow back much lighter and it lasts longer too IMO

I literally only have to wax my eyebrows. I don’t have a lot of the normal PCOS symptoms. Hair growth is one I don’t have.
