I'm usually the type to say, "any time you have sex, there's a chance of pregnancy," but the chances here are so ridiculously slim, that I really, really don't think you need to worry. I would highly recommend that you NOT take a Plan B pill because those can really fuck up your hormones. If you're concerned about becoming pregnant, I recommend that you begin using birth control and continue using condoms, but the Plan B pill should not be used as your main form of birth control (and it's really expensive).
